About Dianna Lawson
Dianna Lawson grew up in the Texas Hill Country town of Kerrville. At a very young age she was fascinated with drawing. Exploring the banks of the Guadalupe River with her mother, Irene, and her brother, Junior, provided landscape for her insatiable appetite for sketching. They collected driftwood, rocks, flowers, and other found objects that would later be used for inspiration and creative endeavors.
Dianna sold her first piece of art more than 25 years ago. The impressionistic style she has developed after a lifetime of study has given her the opportunity to work in oil, acrylic, mixed-media, 3D and digital. She also enjoys the ancient art of mosaics (to this day, she has found very little that cannot be smashed, glued, and grounted).
She is experienced in multiple creative disciplines, including graphic design, fine art, illustration, photography, photo editing, website design, website maintenance, and technical writing.
